Day 01 - Airport to Negombo

Welcome to Sri Lanka. Today, no activities were planned. Everyone comes to the hotel and gets rest and dinner at hotels together.

Upon the morning’s first light, and with the taste of breakfast still lingering, the driver embarked on a journey toward the ancient and revered city of Anuradhapura.

As the sun cast a golden glow, casting long shadows on the ancient stones, they set out to explore the sacred, time-honored city of Anuradhapura, where whispers of bygone eras lingered in the evening breeze.

Re-energize yourself with a healthy and piping-hot breakfast at the hotel and drive to Sigiriya.En route, they seized the opportunity to delve into the historical tapestry of Polonnaruwa city, where ancient ruins told tales of a flourishing past under the soft caress of the midday sun.

Depending on where the elephants are, you may go on a 4×4 safari in the evening at Minneriya, Kaudulla, or Hurulu Eco National Park.

Wake up early and climb Sigiriya Rock. This is an opportunity to take some amazing pictures of the rock formation and city before the sun becomes too hot. Afterward, head back to your hotel for breakfast.

Later, they ventured on a trek through the rustic trails of Hiriwadunna Village, where every step revealed the quaint charm of rural life. Amidst a safari that painted a picturesque blend of nature and tradition, they savored a local lunch, the flavors of which told stories of the land and its rich heritage.

After savoring breakfast at the hotel, they set off on a scenic drive towards the vibrant city of Kandy, where a tapestry of culture and natural beauty awaited their arrival. On the way, visit Nalanda Gedige, Matale Spice Garden (only for a visit), and the Gem Museum and Workshop. After that, visit a Hindu temple on your Kandy city tour.

In the evening, view the traditional Kandyan cultural dance performance and the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic.

Begin your wellness journey at one of Sri Lanka’s premier Ayurveda resorts. You will receive personalized consultations from experienced Ayurveda doctors on-site. Based on your unique diagnosis, a tailored treatment and diet plan will be created just for you.

Start your day with a rejuvenating morning yoga session. Following this, you’ll engage in Poorva Karma, the initial phase of Ayurveda treatments. This preparatory stage focuses on preparing your body and mind for the upcoming therapies through meditation, Pranayama exercises, oil treatments, and sweating therapies.

Pranayama exercises

Begin your day with a guided morning meditation session, followed by the Pradhaana Karma phase of your wellness treatment. This key stage involves detoxifying and rejuvenating your body through Pancha Karma, the five principal actions in Ayurveda. Afterward, enjoy an informative cookery demonstration and relax .

Pancha Karma

Start your day with a calming guided meditation session. Following this, you will enter the Paschaath Karma phase of your wellness treatment, which focuses on optimizing the results from your previous cleansing and detoxification therapies.

Meditations

Following a sumptuous breakfast, go to the Peradeniya Royal Botanical Gardens in Kandy before continuing on to Nuwara Eliya. Visit Ramboda Falls, a tea factory, and a tea plantation along the road.

Get in the car and go to Gregory Lake and Victoria Park Garden right after breakfast. Take the stunning panoramic view train after getting off in Ella at 12:40. Climbing Little Adam’s Peak in the Evening Ella

Nuwara Eliya Train

Start your day with a visit to the Rawana waterfall and the Buduruwagala Rock Temple before hitting the road for Mirissa. En route, they paid a visit to a snake farm, where the slithering inhabitants introduced them to a wild yet intriguing facet of the island’s diverse fauna.

Watching whales from Mirissa as early as 6:30 in the morning. You should go back to the hotel prepare to say Good Bye to Sri Lanka.. You will be taken to Bandaranaike International Airport, from whence you may continue to your home country.
